Overview
A Group is a sub-container within an Organization that controls which users can access which Assemblies. Assemblies are assigned to groups, and users who are members of a group can see and book those assemblies.
Group Membership
Users can belong to multiple groups. Group membership is managed by a Group Admin or Organization Admin.
Group Roles
Within a group, users have one of the following roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Member | Can view and book assemblies assigned to the group |
| Group Admin | Can manage group members and assembly assignments |
Group Admin Tasks
If you are a Group Admin, you can:
- Add or remove members from the group
- Assign or unassign Assemblies to the group

Relationship to Organizations and Assemblies
Groups exist within an Organization. An Assembly can be assigned to multiple groups within the same organization.
