Manage your Sessions

You can see all your currently available assemblies by clicking on the assembly icon in the navigation bar. If you are a group user, you will see all sessions of your group tokens (technical users). If you are a group admin, you will see all sessions of your group (technical + non-technical users).

Extend session

While you have an active session for an assembly, you can extend the current session.

You can only extend the session if this does not conflict with other future reservations!

Release Session

When you have finished your work, you can release the assembly before your reservation is complete to make it available again for other users.

Session Transfer

Users can request active sessions from other users by clicking the Request Session button on the assembly page. To request a session following conditions must be met:

• User must have access to the assembly
• User must be in the same organization as the current session owner
• There must be an active session on the requested assembly
• The requested session needs to have enough time remaining (Minimum is the cleanup time)

After a request is sent there will be a notification for the user of the requested assembly.

Notifications will be shown in the notifications tab on the top right. The user with the requested session can either accept or decline the request.

If a request is accepted:

• The current user will be removed instantly from the assembly and session
• Some cleanup tasks for the old user and startup tasks for the new user will be performed
• The requesting user will take over the rights of the session

The assembly will not be restarted and paths will not be cleaned up during the transfer process.

Force-Option

As a group admin or organization admin you can also force a session transfer. You can check the "Force"-box and the session transfer will be executed immediately without confirmation of the current session-user. The other user will receive a notification that the session was transferred to you.

This feature should only be used with care! Personal information will be cleaned up during the session transfer.

Session Transfer Pass

It is also possible to transfer your own session to another user. In the assembly dashboard or with the "My assemblies"-Navbar-Icon you can manage your session and choose the transfer icon.

In the session transfer dialog you can choose the new user of the session.

You can only choose users that have permission to book the assembly.

Once you confirm the transfer, you will be removed as a user from the assembly, and the other user will become the new session owner.
